Place of delivery and time limit
* Shipping location: Your order will normally be dispatched from our operations center.
* Processing time: we will process your order within 2-5 working days after your order is placed and paid successfully (postponed for weekends and holidays).
* Global delivery: We ship packages to major countries/regions around the world through reliable international express partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or postal services.
* Transportation timeliness (estimated) :
Standard delivery: Timeliness varies greatly depending on destination. Usually from the date of shipment, it may take 15-30 working days from the main destination country. Remote areas may take longer.
* Important note: The above time limit is an estimated time, including the customs clearance process. The clearance time may be extended due to the customs efficiency of the destination country, holidays, specific inspections or the completeness of the submitted information, and this period is beyond our control.

Tracking of parcels
* Once your order is shipped, we will send a notification email containing the logistics tracking number and query link to your registered email address. You can use this number to track the status of the package in real time on the carrier's official website.
Customs and import taxes and fees
* Key statement: Import duties, taxes and customs handling charges are additional costs that may be faced by the consignees in international transportation. airitnow has no control over the collection of these fees and does not assume responsibility for paying them.
* Buyer's responsibility: As the consignee, it is your responsibility to know and pay any import taxes, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) or customs clearance fees that may be incurred in your country/territory. These fees usually need to be paid to the carrier or customs when the package arrives.
* Recommendation: We recommend that you know your country's import tax policy through the local customs official website or relevant agencies before placing an order.
Order modification and address problems
* To ensure efficient processing, please modify the address or cancel the order before placing it. Orders will be difficult to change once they enter the process.
* If the parcel cannot be delivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the relevant freight loss and risk shall be borne by the buyer.
* Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete (including house number, unit number and other details).
The distribution problem
* If you encounter delivery problems (such as not updating logistics information for a long time, showing delivery but not receiving, etc.), please contact our customer service immediately and provide the order number and tracking number, we will assist you to communicate with the carrier inquiry."
