airitnow wants you to feel 100% satisfied when you receive your desired product. If the product does not meet your expectations, we provide clear and convenient return and exchange service.
Policy Highlights
1. Term:
* You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the item.
* Please ensure that the goods are returned within this time limit (based on the date of delivery certificate obtained by you when you return the package to the logistics provider).
* Items older than 14 days will not be returned or exchanged.
2. Commodity conditions:
* Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unmodified.
* All original labels and tags must be intact and still attached to the product.
* Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original complete packaging (e.g. bags, wrapping paper, etc.) and protected.
* Important note: underwear, swimwear, earrings and other special goods related to hygiene or privacy, for health and hygiene reasons, once sold, if there is no quality problem, usually will not be returned. Please check the purchase instructions carefully.
3. Application process:
Explain your request, reason and order details to customer service. After receiving your email, the customer service will explain to you how to return or replace the goods, you can also put forward your suggestions.
4. Refund method:
* Refund time: We will process the refund for you within 7-10 working days after receiving and inspecting the qualified returned goods.
* Refund: The refund amount will be refunded to the account you originally used for the payment (e.g., original credit card, PayPal account, etc.). Processing cycles of banks or payment platforms may result in slight delays in payment arrival.
* Refund amount: You will receive a refund of the purchase amount of the item (excluding the original shipping cost).
5. Replacement instructions:
* The same process as above should be followed for replacement.
* Exchange is subject to the stock of the required goods.
* If you wish to change to a different item or size, you may need to process the return refund of the current item (after receiving the refund) before placing a new order for the new item you want.
6. Exceptions and non-returns:
* Items with a return or exchange period of more than 14 days.
* Goods that have been worn, washed, damaged (not caused by logistics), smelly, modified, and missing label tags.
* Special goods (such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, etc.) without quality problems.
* The quality problems mentioned in the reasons for return and exchange are found to be non-actual quality problems after our inspection (such as normal wearing traces, customer damage).
* Returned goods do not match the original goods shipped (wrong goods sent).
* Goods without return authorization mail or not returned to the specified address.
* If the parcel is returned due to the buyer's wrong address or no one signs for receipt, the additional delivery freight arising therefrom shall be borne by the buyer or treated as a return.
Please note that
* The return freight shall be borne by the buyer (except for quality problems or wrong delivery by us).
* All returns are subject to confirmation by our quality inspection department. Items that do not meet the above conditions may be refused refund or only partially refunded.
* After your return package is sent, please be sure to keep your logistics tracking number for inquiry and as proof of delivery.
